As a Healthcare AI Specialist, the candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the application of rtificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies in the healthcare industry. our primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions to nhance patient care, optimize clinical workflows, reducing the revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities:

•  AI Model Development: Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for healthcare data nalysis, predictive modelling, natural language processing (NLP), and other relevant pplications.
•  Data Pre-processing and Integration: Work with large and complex healthcare datasets, re-process data, and integrate diverse data sources to create unified datasets for AI model raining and validation.
•  Performance Optimization: Fine-tune AI models and algorithms to achieve the best ossible performance in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and other relevant etrics.
•  Healthcare Domain Expertise: Adopt best practice in healthcare processes, clinical orkflows, and medical terminologies to effectively translate healthcare requirements into I solutions.
•  Collaboration and Communication: Build a team of healthcare professionals, data scientists, nd software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing healthcare systems, ensuring eamless implementation and user satisfaction.
•  Ethical and Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and thical guidelines to protect patient information and ensure the responsible use of AI echnologies in healthcare.
•  Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies nd healthcare industry trends. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI pplications in healthcare.
•  Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure ccuracy, reliability, and generalization across diverse healthcare scenarios.
•  Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, methodologies, and mplementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, including healthcare rofessionals, on the usage and interpretation of AI-driven insights.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, iomedical Engineering, or related fields.
•  12+ Years of proven experience
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions in the healthcare omain.
•  Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and familiarity with AI/ML ibraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, Keras, scikit-learn).
•  Knowledge of healthcare data formats (e.g., HL7, DICOM) and experience working with lectronic Health Records (EHR) data.
•  Familiarity with NLP techniques, medical image analysis, and other AI applications in ealthcare.
•  Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
•  Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and resent complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•  Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, data privacy, and security standards e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
